Job summary

Siemens Saudi Arabia in Jeddah seeks a Finance Operations Professional to join the Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products business unit as a Business Administration Manager, driving commercial rigor and financial integrity.

You will lead order management and warehouse teams, manage month-end closes, forecast and report key metrics, oversee cash collection and stakeholder relationships in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or business administration.
• 5–8 years in product-based business within controlling/finance roles.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders in an international setting.
• Solid understanding of legal matters and financial compliance.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage orders per accounting principles and financial reporting guidelines.
• Lead order management and warehouse teams to ensure documentation and invoicing accuracy.
• Manage all factory operations and commercial activities.
• Oversee month-end close, cost accruals and revenue recognition.
• Forecast, report and support cash collection and risk management.
• Support internal and external audits and stakeholder relationships.
