Job summary

Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Finance Leader to drive financial strategy, oversee the regional finance teams, and ensure robust controls and compliance.

You will lead budgeting forecasting, policies, cash flow management, audits, and collaboration with departments to support growth in a fast-paced trading environment, with GCC regulatory knowledge and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8–10 years in finance/accounting with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience in the trading sector, hardware/building materials/construction items preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCC financial regulations and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Oversee regional finance teams to align with company-wide financial strategies and objectives.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors and regulators.
