Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to join our finance team. You will deliver comprehensive financial analyses to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency across large-scale projects.

You will develop and maintain financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and prepare reports for management with actionable insights and recommendations. Strong Excel and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant financial analysis experience, ideally in large projects or entertainment/real estate sectors.
• Strong modeling, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Clear communication and ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance metrics, identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with external audits by providing documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
