Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5–7 years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in large-scale projects or entertainment/real estate sectors.
• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; ERP familiarity is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and multi-project management.
