Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking an FP&A professional to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects. You will prepare financial models and business cases, analyze variances, and develop dashboards for decision-makers.

The role involves month-end/quarter-end reporting, cost analysis, and collaboration with project teams to ensure data accuracy across financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting experience.
• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects.
• Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investments.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and identify variances against budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for senior management.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather financial data and assumptions and prepare presentations.
