Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking a dedicated Land Surveyor Assistant to join our Khobar-based construction team. You will support senior surveyors in field measurements, data recording, and site mapping for major infrastructure projects.

Work on commercial buildings, highways, and government megaprojects, with focus on precision, safety, and teamwork. The role offers hands-on field experience and opportunities for professional development within a leading firm aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

Diploma or Associate Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience.
Proficient with surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and levels.
Familiar with AutoCAD and mapping software.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and municipal regulations.
Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols.
SCE registration or eligibility.

Responsibilities

Assist senior surveyors in field surveys to collect accurate measurements and data.
Operate survey equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and levels; maintain accuracy.
Record and document survey data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Support the preparation of detailed site plans, maps, and reports based on survey findings.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements.
Conduct routine checks and calibrations of survey instruments to maintain precision.
Assist in marking boundaries, elevations, and other critical site features.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and on-site protocols.
