Pronto is seeking a Field Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain autonomous vehicle technology at diverse customer sites across the Middle East. This role emphasizes hands-on field work, safety, and meeting performance specifications.

You will perform installations, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting while collaborating with engineering and customer teams. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of field service or similar technical support role.
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and electrical testing tools.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems (power, CAN bus, sensors, ECUs).

• Install and deploy Pronto hardware and software solutions at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks in the field.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues on site.
• Provide on-site customer support and basic training, document activities.
