Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and service autonomous haulage technology across active mine sites in the Middle East. You will join a deployment crew, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in remote environments.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience on heavy equipment, strong electrical skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in heavy equipment or automotive maintenance.
• Hands‑on low‑voltage electrical work (12/24V) and harness routing.
• Able to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation drawings.
• Must mobilize on short notice (24-72 hours) and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot autonomous retrofit kits on mining equipment.
• Work on customer sites as part of a deployment crew.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system health and reliability.
• Monitor equipment conditions and log wear or environmental impacts.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and connectivity issues in the field.
• Represent the company professionally during on-site visits with customers.
