Job summary

Bühler Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Field Service Team Leader to support the Service Operations Manager in guiding daily field service operations and deploying engineers across projects and customer sites.

You will manage resource planning, coordinate site work, mentor the team, uphold health and safety standards, build strong customer relationships, and seek service sales opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 6 to 10 years' technical and leadership experience in the Food Industry.
• Project management and site management background is an advantage.
• Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field service operations and lead the field service team.
• Assign, coordinate, and monitor field service activities and engineers at sites.
• Prepare and monitor resource plans and utilization with the manager.
• Participate in weekly resource allocation meetings with the PM team.
• Review the FSE skill matrix to match engineers to tasks.
• Ensure safety, integrity, and quality during service activities.
• Develop training plans and coordinate with OEMs for product clarifications.
• Build strong customer relationships to convert visits into partnerships.
• Identify service sales opportunities during site visits to drive growth.
