Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia seeks a Field Quality Leader with 5–7 years in field service operations and project execution to reduce Avoidable Non‑Conformance Costs and boost fleet reliability. You’ll lead quality programs across the Gas Services value chain, guiding root-cause analysis, data‑driven improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Field Service Operations and Project Execution.
• Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment service and maintenance environments.
• Proven experience in leading quality improvement programs and operational excellence projects.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent English communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead deployment of Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies.
• Investigate fleet issues and customer complaints with root cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and feedback to spot risks and improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to promote preventive actions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards highlighting quality trends.
