Responsibilities

• Provide first line troubleshooting and root cause analysis for standalone and connected Canon products.
• Achieve high first-time fix rate and minimize recalls with cost-effective use of labor and parts.
• Report labor and parts investment and optimize stock inventory rotation.
• Identify and train super-users and liaise with account managers on customer issues.
