Job summary

Tamer Healthcare in Medina is seeking field sales staff to manage daily outlet visits and ensure execution of sales fundamentals such as distribution, shelving, pricing and displays. You will drive sales targets and collections by customer and product line while maintaining full SKU availability in line with RPS standards.

You will also produce competitive insights and reports, sign new accounts, and monitor trade contracts and stock levels to minimize expiries and damages.

Responsibilities

• Visit all outlets on daily basis as per scheduled plans and ensure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing and displays.
• Achieve sales targets and collections by customer and by product line as per monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure availability of all SKUs per the RPS Retail Performance Standard to establish superior in-store presence.
• Provide reports on competition activities, initiatives and launches.
• Sign new opening account files for all customers and finalize them.
• Monitor and execute customers' trade contracts.
• Provide reports on stock expiries and damages.
