Job summary

Castolin Eutectic in Eastern Province seeks a results-driven industrial sales professional to manage maintenance and repair consumables, welding products, wear protection and coatings within the Dammam region. Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of industrial maintenance and repair applications.
• Ability to identify customer problems and convert them into technical sales opportunities.
• Good understanding of welding processes, consumables, wear mechanisms and/or industrial coating applications.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and account-management skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations independently.
• Good customer relationship and distributor-management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage quotations, pricing and margins.
• Strong follow-up skills, particularly for sales opportunities and payment collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/sales reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, site trials, distributor development and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for Maintenance & Repair consumables, welding consumables and equipment, wear protection, repair and coating products within the assigned territory.
• Develop new customers and expand business with existing accounts by identifying maintenance problems, wear-related applications and repair opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer/site visits to understand applications, maintenance requirements, operational challenges and potential areas for product introduction.
• Develop technically and commercially suitable solutions based on customer requirements and prepare technical proposals, quotations and product recommendations.
• Generate new applications and conduct product demonstrations, application trials and field evaluations to support business development.
