Job summary

Al Kaabi Industrial Services Co. in Dammam seeks an experienced Outside Sales Engineer – Hydraulic & Industrial Solutions to drive new business, visit customers, and close orders.

You will identify opportunities, quote projects, and coordinate with our technical teams to recommend suitable hydraulic and industrial solutions. The role requires at least 3 years of field sales experience, a mechanical or industrial engineering background if possible, and a willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hydraulics or related field.
• Outside/field sales and new business development experience required.
• Good technical understanding of hydraulic and industrial products.
• Saudi Arabian industrial market experience preferred.
• English proficiency; Arabic an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license required.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to customers, contractors, and sites.
• Generate inquiries and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote hydraulic hoses, fittings, adapters, and related components.
• Prepare quotations and technical/commercial proposals and close orders.
• Coordinate with technical/workshop teams to tailor solutions.
