Job summary

Sika is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive regional sales performance and build long-term customer relationships in the Saudi market. You will plan accounts, visit sites, collaborate with segment and distribution managers, and provide expert guidance on Sika products for construction challenges.

You will expand the customer base, coordinate with supply chain, lead weekly meetings, and prepare monthly reports while tracking forecasts and receivables to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales.
• Proficient in CRM and project management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• MBA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain account relationships and meet targets.
• Assume accountability for regional/country sales performance and territory results.
• Collaborate with segment and distribution managers to optimize sales channels.
• Guide customers in applying Sika products to construction challenges.
• Maintain and expand the customer base and partnerships.
• Lead market research, benchmarking, and opportunity identification.
• Introduce new products to customers with clear benefit communications.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, procurement, and production to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and prepare monthly reports with project tracking updates.
• Develop three-month rolling forecasts based on active projects and opportunities.
• Monitor receivables and work with collections to minimize overdue accounts.
