Job summary

Siemens Energy Company Ltd. in Ash Sharqiyah seeks a Field Quality Leader with a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering and field service operations to drive quality improvements and reduce non-conformance costs across the Gas Services value chain.

You will lead quality initiatives, analyze fleet data, investigate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Field Service Operations and Project Execution.
• Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment service and maintenance environments.
• Proven experience in leading quality improvement programs and operational excellence projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying systemic quality gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Lead the deployment of Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Investigate significant fleet issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
• Analyze fleet data and customer feedback to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to promote preventive actions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop management reports and dashboards to highlight quality trends and improvement actions.
