Siemens Energy Company Ltd. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality control across steam turbine and generator maintenance, overhaul, and field service activities. You will implement QMS, perform inspections, and drive CAPA for zero-defect execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in QA/QC within turbine services, is familiar with ISO 9001, NDT methods, and will liaise with customers and audits to sustain high quality standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of QA/QC in steam turbine and generator services.
• Experience with major OEM equipment preferred.
• Understanding of rotor, blades, bearings and turbine assembly.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ITPs.
• NDT methods: VT, MT, PT, UT, ET.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 QMS.
• Perform inspections during turbine and generator work.
• Review inspection reports and calibration status.
• Lead NCRs and CAPA.
• Coordinate with vendors and audits.
• Prepare quality reports and traceability.
