Job summary

Nextpower seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality across production lines in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with management and production teams to implement robust QMS, drive root-cause analysis, and lead supplier quality initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
• 8–10 years of quality engineering experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality processes aligned with QMS (TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Manage supplier quality and audit programs to ensure compliance.
• Lead continual improvement and root cause analysis using Lean methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and present KPIs and quality metrics to management.
