Job summary

Think in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Test and Quality Lead to own the qualification program across thermal, electrical, mechanical, environmental and reliability aspects. You will define SKU acceptance criteria, build test rigs, and manage failure analysis with FMEA and teardown.

You will track field reliability, feed insights back into design, manufacturing and supplier decisions, and maintain auditable qualification records for customers.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in hardware test, quality or reliability engineering.
• You have written qualification plans from scratch and defended them to customers or auditors.
• Instrumentation and data capture: thermal, power, flow, vibration, and the analysis that follows.
• Root cause discipline. You are not satisfied with a symptom.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the qualification programme: thermal, electrical, mechanical, environmental and reliability.
• Define acceptance criteria for every SKU and every revision, and the test coverage that proves them.
• Build and run the test rigs, instrumentation and data capture behind the qualification gates.
• Own the failure analysis and corrective action process, including FMEA and returned-unit teardown.
• Track field reliability and feed it back into design, manufacturing and supplier decisions.
• Keep the qualification record auditable for customers whose procurement will ask for it.
