Fit Staff Recruitment Agency is recruiting for a new female-focused Pilates & Wellness Boutique in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. We seek a passionate Pilates Instructor to deliver Reformer and Mat sessions and foster a premium client experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years' teaching experience, holds Reformer and Mat Pilates certifications, and speaks professional English (Arabic helpful). The role offers a competitive SAR salary and visa support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience teaching Pilates (Reformer and Mat).
• Certified in Reformer and Mat Pilates.
• International Pilates certifications (BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar, APPI, or equivalent).
• Professional spoken and written English; Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Teach Reformer and Mat Pilates classes to clients of varying abilities.
• Deliver private and small-group sessions with clear cueing.
• Create personalised sessions aligned with client goals.
• Contribute to a positive studio culture and client relationships.
• Ensure safe use of Pilates equipment and maintain studio standards.
