Job summary

Client of Fitstaff's premium fitness facility in Al Hofuf Al Ahsa invites a talented Female Pilates Instructor to join our team. The role involves leading daily four Reformer and Mat classes in a calm, elegant studio and delivering personal training sessions with a 30% commission on PT clients.

Based in Saudi Arabia preferred; international candidates are welcome. The environment emphasizes professional service, client care and collaboration with staff to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of Pilates teaching experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Professional, respectful, punctual, and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead four group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes per day.

We are recruiting on behalf of a premium fitness facility in Al Hofuf Al Ahsa Saudi Arabia seeking a talented and professional Female Pilates Instructor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a calm elegant and professional environment teaching both Reformer and Mat Pilates to a dedicated client base.

Position Overview

• Lead four engaging and results‑driven group Reformer and Mat Pilates classes per day
• Provide personal training sessions earning a 30 commission on PT clients
• Support members throughout their fitness journey and contribute to an exceptional studio experience
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to uphold the facility’s high standards of service and atmosphere

Working days: 5 days per week, 2 days off per week. Working hours: 6 hours per day.

Requirements

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of Pilates teaching experience
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Professional, respectful, punctual, and dedicated to client care
• Friendly, flexible, and positive attitude
