Job summary

Client of Fitstaff invites a Female Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a serene studio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, rooted in community, peace, minimalism and refined wellness. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, inclusive sessions, offer personal training, adapt to injuries/pregnancy, and help grow the studio through social media and community engagement.

Fluent English is required; a Pilates mat and reformer certification is mandatory; Barre certification is an advantage; minimum two

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required; Arabic a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (mandatory).
• Barre certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Comfortable working with injured and pregnant/postpartum clients.
• Patient, proactive, professional and socially engaging.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mat & Reformer Pilates classes.
• Deliver safe, effective and inclusive sessions.
• Offer personal training sessions as required.
• Adapt sessions to individual client needs.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility including weekend classes.
• Cover classes when required.
• Support client retention and community engagement.
• Promote sessions and studio activities via social media.
