Job summary

Client of Fitstaff is seeking a passionate Reformer Pilates and Barre instructor for a wellness centre in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on helping clients improve strength, flexibility, posture and overall wellness through Pilates, yoga, breathwork, meditation and massage.

You will deliver Reformer Pilates and Barre sessions, assess client goals, and provide coaching in a supportive studio environment. Benefits include visa, relocation flight, medical insurance and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Reformer Pilates instructor experience.
• Recognised Reformer Pilates certification and Barre instruction certification.
• Experience delivering both group and private sessions.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Reformer Pilates and Barre classes for individuals and groups.
• Assess clients' fitness levels and tailor sessions to goals and abilities.
• Provide clear instruction, motivation and hands‑on guidance.
• Ensure proper technique and a safe training environment.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio and monitor client progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates and Barre classes for individuals and groupsAssess clients fitness levels and adapt sessions to their goals and abilitiesProvide clear instruction motivation and hands-on guidanceEnsure correct technique and maintain a safe training environmentModify exercises for clients with injuries physical limitations or specific needsMonitor client progress and provide ongoing feedbackBuild positive relationships that encourage client retentionMaintain a clean organised and welcoming studio environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years - Recognised Reformer Pilates certificationCertified in Barre instructionExperience delivering both group and private sessionsFluent English communication skillsArabic language skills are an advantageKnowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation principles and exercise modification is preferredAdditional qualifications in corrective exercise, pre/postnatal Pilates or rehabilitation are advantageousOpen to locally based and international candidates
