Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in venue operations, crowd management, spectator services, event operations, or a related field.
• Experience working within large-scale sporting, entertainment, or major international events is highly advantageous.
• Experience coordinating operational teams, workforce deployment, crowd management activities, or spectator service programmes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fan operations and venue services during events.
• Coordinate fan entry, movement, queues and crowd flow.
• Ensure fan zones, gates and concourses are operating smoothly.
• Collaborate with venue teams, security, stewards and transport to resolve issues.
• Monitor readiness and safety of fan-facing facilities.
• Support post-event close-out, issue reporting and debriefs.
• Maintain accurate operational records and shift handover information.
• Work on shift-based schedules including evenings and weekends.

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sports Management, Event Management, Operations Management, Public Safety, or a related discipline.
