Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports/Event Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of venue or stadium operations experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (stadium authorities, contractors, service providers).
• English language proficiency C1 or above.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of venue operations for the event.
• Coordinate with stadium authorities, contractors and service providers.
• Maintain venue operations plans, trackers, schedules and documents.
• Monitor readiness of stadium infrastructure, facilities and services.
• Facilitate communication between venue stakeholders and internal teams.
• Assist with test events, rehearsals and day-to-day tournament operations.
• Escalate issues and track milestones.
