Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a proactive Venue Operations Coordinator to support planning and delivery of venue operations for a major international football event in Saudi Arabia. The role covers match-day and non-match-day operations, ensuring venue readiness and effective stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and able to coordinate across multiple teams, track readiness, and support successful event delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of venue/ stadium operations experience.
• Experience with large-scale events, hospitality or operational environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, suppliers or partners.
• Strong knowledge of venue operations, readiness and planning.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• English proficiency at C1 or above.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Venue Manager and Venue Ops Manager in planning and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including stadium authorities and service providers.
• Implement event, venue and operations guidelines and standards.
• Monitor readiness of stadium infrastructure, facilities and services.
• Assist with venue operations planning, access, spaces and signage.
• Develop and maintain venue operations plans, trackers and schedules.
• Integrate requirements from different areas into a coordinated plan.
• Facilitate communication between venue stakeholders and internal teams.
• Organise venue meetings, workshops and briefings with agendas and actions.
• Track milestones, actions, risks, and readiness activities; escalate when needed.
• Support venueisation, handover/handover and critical milestones.
• Assist with test events, readiness exercises and rehearsals.
• Support day-to-day operations during the tournament.
• Coordinate and resolve operational issues during event delivery.
• Maintain timely reporting to central Venue Management team.
