Job summary

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities in Riyadh. A Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

The role requires CMMS proficiency and the ability to lead technicians while coordinating with clients. Fluency in Arabic and English is expected for effective communication. This is an on-site, full-time position within our facilities management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration beneficial.
• 1–3 years in facility management or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and MS Office.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across assigned facilities.
• Maintain and update drawings, asset registers and equipment records.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.

Job Summary

• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned facilities.
• Ensure building systems, equipment and assets are maintained safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update as-built drawings, asset registers and equipment records.
• Prepare and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, equipment and building services.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with technicians, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor work orders through the CMMS and ensure timely completion.
• Verify subcontractor performance, completed work and related invoices.
• Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, tools and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety requirements, applicable codes and company procedures.
• Investigate maintenance problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Prepare regular maintenance, asset-condition and work-progress reports.
• Support emergency maintenance and breakdown response when required.
• Supervise technicians and report performance or disciplinary concerns to management.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration/accreditation.
• Preferably 1 - 3 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and general building-maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Awareness of workplace safety and applicable Saudi building requirements.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Able to coordinate technicians, subcontractors and clients.
• Willing to respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
