Job summary

Saudi Arabian Engineering Company Ltd. (SAECO) in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Maintenance to lead maintenance and facility management across workshops, offices, and staff accommodation.

The role focuses on developing and executing preventive maintenance plans, monitoring equipment health, coordinating spare parts and tools with procurement, and delivering timely reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Maintenance & Facility Management.
• Preventive Maintenance Planning and Execution experience.
• Experience leading maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of machinery monitoring and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating spare parts, tools, and consumables with Procurement.
• Ability to prepare and submit maintenance progress reports to management.
• Experience identifying equipment requirements and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and manpower management skills.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and facility management across workshops, offices, and staff accommodation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Monitor the condition and performance of machinery and equipment.
• Coordinate the availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Support Procurement and Operations in obtaining quotations and selecting suitable parts.
• Prepare timely maintenance reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
