Job summary

Urban Builders in Jeddah seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities and daily facility operations. You will supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevator maintenance while managing landscaping, pools, fountains, and post-construction cleaning.

The role requires developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, coordinating technicians, contractors, and service teams, and ensuring safety and quality across the site.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance activities and daily facility operations
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC and elevator maintenance
• Oversee landscaping, irrigation, swimming pools and fountains
• Manage cleaning operations, including post-construction deep cleaning
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Monitor breakdowns, emergency maintenance and response times
• Lead maintenance technicians, supervisors, cleaners and service teams
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure maintenance quality
• Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts, tools and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures
• Prepare maintenance reports, schedules and performance updates
• Identify recurring problems and implement effective corrective solutions
• Ensure the site is ready for operation and maintained to required standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building maintenance and facility operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevators, Pools, Fountains, and Landscaping.
• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Good planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Good command of English.
