Responsibilities

• Ensure work quality on the site within the facilities under his responsibility.
• Ensure Planned Preventive and Corrective Maintenance are implemented efficiently.
• Hold regular meetings with facility representatives to discuss and update status of work orders.
• Review technical documents from service providers (reports, quotations, etc.).
• Validate assets in service providers’ PPM reports against CAFM system data.
