Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Riyadh is seeking a facilities administrator to supervise maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff. You will ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled and that routine, corrective, and emergency works are monitored for completion.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is required. Coordinate with facility providers, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across Riyadh Factory and Head Office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Ensure all Business Unit (BU) facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
