Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Riyadh invites applications for a Maintenance Coordinator to supervise maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff, ensuring all Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are executed on schedule.

This onsite role requires proficiency in English and Arabic, and coordination across facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, and service providers, with strong documentation of work orders and contractor performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and support staff.
• Ensure all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities are executed as scheduled.
• Monitor and verify completion of routine, corrective, and emergency maintenance works.
• Coordinate and follow up with facility maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and other service providers.
• Issue and monitor contractor gate passes and site access requirements.
• Ensure all BU facility maintenance requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain facility standards, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Follow up on work orders, service requests, and contractor performance to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
