Tas'Helat Marketing Co. (Fuel Stations Chain) is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Riyadh. The role supports the Regional Maintenance Engineer, plans preventive maintenance, manages job orders, and ensures HSSE compliance across stations. Strong teamwork and analytical skills are essential.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background and experience with SAP/ERP, plus proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include budgeting support and KPI reporting.

Competenze

• Experience in Oil & Gas preferred, or FMCG, with a team lead background.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Strong planning, reporting and process control capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Support the Regional Maintenance Engineer in achieving regional objectives.
• Manage all job orders from opening to closing, including archiving and recording.
• Plan preventive maintenance activities for the regional maintenance department.
• Manage and update SLA contracts.
• Maintain and update the maintenance assets log as required.
• Prepare and update maintenance-related reports, including KPI.
• Process payments and other business-related documents.
• Analyze and track regional and individual performance and report to the Regional Maintenance Engineer.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Maintenance Engineer in achieving the regional objectives.
• Manage all job orders from opening to closing including archieving and recording.
• Support the regional maintenance department by planning preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage and update the SLA contracts.
• Maintain and update the log of maintenance assets as and when required.
• Prepare and update maintenance-related reports, including KPI.
• Process payments and other business-related documents.
• Analyse and track regional and individual performance and communicate to the Regional Maintenance Engineer through standard reports.
• Maintain records of tools and resources, including inventory of spare parts.
• Support the regional team in administrative work.
• Support the Maintenance Engineer in planning spare parts and other resources required.
• Maintain a register and record of all staff certifications and other benefits.
• Ensure that HSSE policies and procedures are followed and work is carried out safely.
• Support the Maintenance Engineer in preparing the annual maintenance budget (CAPEX and OPEX), monitoring maintenance expenses and developing best-practice procedures.
• Support implementation of the work permit system, PPE requirements and best-practice procedures to ensure staff and property safety.

Qualifications & Prerequisite

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Engineering Mechanical/Electrical or any equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred, or FMCG, with minimum 3 years as a team lead.
• Ability to work under pressure and develop team spirit in teams.
• Organisational skills and ability to plan and manage time.
• Technical knowledge and analytical skills.
• Good command of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP preferred.
