Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Manager-level maintenance professional to lead site operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will plan preventive maintenance, manage a team, and drive improvements across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

You will develop KPIs, monitor uptime, coordinate internal and external contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• BS Mechanical Engineering.
• BS Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in facility management, maintenance operations, or engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate maintenance operations on shifts, allocating tasks to the right skills.
• Develop and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and lead the team to execute it.
• Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of the site.
• Schedule internal and external works to maximize planned downtime and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Manage the team to ensure machine availability and respond to dysfunctions with Shift management.
• Optimize equipment per standard procedures to improve performance and product quality and meet KPIs.
• Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure buildings, plants and facilities are fit for purpose and provide proactive support.
• Develop accountability for maintenance material spend with a strategy to manage expenditure.
• Manage data storage for systems and equipment and maintain high documentation standards.
• Lead the process of introducing new machinery from specification to installation and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee disposal of obsolete machinery and equipment with proper authorization and safe disposal.
