Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a seasoned professional to develop, test and manage Food & Beverage programs across multiple hotels. You will ensure profitability, guest satisfaction and alignment with brand standards, while coordinating training, manuals and workshops for managers and owners.

The role requires strong data analysis, communication and project coordination skills, with a track record in hospitality operations and F&B program delivery across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Required BS/BA in Hotel Administration or equivalent; hospitality management focus.
• Experience in managing F&B programs across multiple locations is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial data, sales summaries and program profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, implementing and monitoring all F&B test initiatives with data collection tools.
• Write training and specification manuals for F&B programs.
• Conduct workshops and provide orientation for new managers and owners.
• Coordinate F&B council meetings and communications with franchisees.
• Develop merchandising and training materials; liaise with external agencies as needed.
• Manage content on hotel solutions portals and ensure program adherence.
• Follow up on program effectiveness through property visits and KPI reviews.
• Collaborate with procurement and marketing for program rollout and cost management.
