Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Hotel Administration or equivalent.
• 4–7 years in chain restaurant or hotel F&B operations with proven proficiency across multiple processes.
• Ability to organize, plan and evaluate F&B program implementations across locations.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering training to adults in hospitality settings.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements and sales data in F&B contexts.
• Clear, concise communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory health and safety standards for F&B operations.
• Ability to use computerized software to develop reports, analysis and costing information.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and coordinate F&B programs and initiatives to support brand image and profitability.
• Analyze data from hotels, including sales summaries of F&B programs.
• Generate reports and memos for upper management and franchisees.
• Create training manuals meeting company policies and legal guidelines.
• Develop training guides and materials for program implementation.
• Lead workshops for GMs, F&B Directors, and new owners and staff as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with external agencies and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Brand standards and health/safety regulations.
