Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Hotel Administration or relevant discipline

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, implementing and monitoring all Food and Beverage test initiatives with data collection and analysis.
• Provide training manuals and ensure compliance with policies, health and safety guidelines.
• Conduct workshops for general managers and owners; support field workshops with consultants.
• Coordinate with outside agencies to develop merchandising and training materials.
• Communicate F&B standards and developments to franchisees and internal teams.
• Manage F&B program content and respond to related inquiries.
