KMAS-SA in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Cost Control Specialist to join our finance team. The role focuses on monitoring and analyzing food and beverage costs, tracking inventory, and supporting cost-reduction initiatives across multiple restaurant outlets.

You will review recipe costing, analyze variances, and prepare periodic cost reports with actionable recommendations to improve overall profitability. Strong Excel skills, ERP/POS familiarity, and experience in F&B are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in cost control and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock audits, and analyze variances and waste.
• Review recipe costing and menu item costs.
• Track purchasing prices and analyze cost variances.
• Prepare and submit periodic cost reports and provide recommendations to improve performance.
