Job summary

SIHAMCO is hiring a detail-oriented F&B Cost Controller to manage cost control across our Kooz Karak brand in Jeddah. You will oversee inventory, pricing accuracy, and cost reporting, partnering with Finance, Procurement, and F&B teams to meet budgets and uphold quality standards.

You will drive menu engineering, monitor costs, and deliver timely reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Management
• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Cost Controller within the restaurant, fast-food or hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operational processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recipe costing, item pricing, and system master data.
• Lead Menu Engineering Meetings and Cost of Sales analysis; deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Monitor and control F&B costs in line with budget targets.
• Analyze cost of sales and variance reports; investigate discrepancies and inefficiencies.
• Oversee stock counts and reconcile POS, stock control, and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with Procurement to source cost-effective products.
• Monitor supplier pricing and negotiate fixed-term contracts.
• Submit accurate month-end reports to Financial Controller / F&B Director.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, audit standards, and local regulations.
