Confidential, a Saudi human capital consulting firm specializing in recruitment and executive search, seeks an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead delivery of executive, managerial, and professional search assignments.

This client-facing role combines team supervision with hands-on recruitment, including candidate sourcing and assessment, shortlist development, client communication, offer management, and vacancy closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• At least 3 years in a recruitment agency, executive search, or human capital consulting.
• Experience supervising or leading a recruitment team.
• Proven hands-on sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates.
• Success closing senior and complex positions (e.g., C-suite, General Manager).
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong client and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the recruitment team in delivering executive, managerial, and professional searches.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from profiling to placement and closure.
• Lead confidential senior-level searches including C-suite and Directors.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market maps for hard-to-fill roles.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, and networks.
• Conduct structured screening and assess candidate fit and compensation expectations.
• Present shortlists with compelling summaries to clients and manage offers.
• Coordinate client interviews, negotiations, and candidate engagement through joining.
