Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Risk Management or related.
• Professional insurance qualification (ACII or equivalent).
• IFCE certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high‑severity, and high‑profile claims across General Lines for corporate and commercial clients.
• Develop and execute effective claims strategies to achieve timely, fair, and commercially appropriate outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on coverage interpretation, policy wording, and negotiation tactics.
• Oversee and coordinate the end‑to‑end claims process, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting.
