Job summary

Aon in the Middle East is seeking an Account Manager – General Lines Corporate in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing client accounts, negotiating with insurers, and delivering tailored insurance solutions while ensuring compliance with IA regulations and delivering service excellence.

Create and present proposals, coordinate policy placements, and manage renewals; drive cross-selling and client engagement through marketing initiatives and events. Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a relevant field.
• CII is advantage.
• IFCE Mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, claims, policy renewals, and servicing.
• Placement: Analyze client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products; negotiate quotes and terms with insurers; prepare proposals; organize policy placements and renewals.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure activities comply with Insurance Authority regulations; maintain documentation; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Administration: Prepare reports, maintain client records, ensure accurate policy documentation; handle premium collection and invoicing; resolve discrepancies.
• Business Development: Identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities; participate in marketing initiatives, client meetings, and events.
