Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management; 4 years experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cost-control abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads kitchen management team and directs day-to-day operations.
• Oversees all food preparation areas and ensures sanitation standards.
• Develops menus, monitors food quality and presentation, and manages staff performance.
• Maintains purchasing, receiving, and storage standards; controls food costs.
