Medina Luxury Hotel is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee menu planning, food preparation, and plating while ensuring the highest quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Executive Chef or similar in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.
• Creative with a passion for unique dishes that delight guests.
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse kitchen team.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
