Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager to lead Data & AI consulting across Saudi markets. You will drive client relationships, shape engagements, and oversee multi-workstream programs delivering transformative data and AI outcomes.

You will mentor senior colleagues, collaborate with EY global teams, and contribute to growth and capability building within the practice. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in management or technology consulting.
• 6–10 years leadership experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Big 4 experience beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Data & AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market.
• Own and grow a portfolio of client relationships with focus on revenue growth and pipeline development.
• Lead business development activities including account planning, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership, and deal closure.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on Data and AI operating models, business use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee the delivery of multi-workstream Data & AI programs with quality and client satisfaction.
• Bring practical knowledge of data platforms, analytics, and AI capabilities to client discussions.
• Collaborate with regional and global EY teams to deliver client value.
• Mentor senior managers and managers to support leadership development.
