Qualifications

• 12–15 years in management or technology consulting.
• 6–10 years leadership in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record leading and growing Data & AI portfolios.
• Big4 experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Data & AI engagements in the Saudi market.
• Own and grow client relationships with a focus on revenue and pipeline.
• Lead business development, deal shaping and closure.
• Advise on operating models, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee multi-workstream Data & AI programs and value realization.
• Bring practical data platform and AI knowledge to client discussions.
• Collaborate with EY regional/global teams to deliver impact.
• Mentor senior managers and develop practice capability.
