Ernst & Young in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Data & AI Consulting, combining deep industry experience with a strong local market network to drive transformations. You will shape strategic engagements, develop opportunities, and mentor teams while collaborating with regional and global EY units to deliver measurable business value for clients in Saudi Arabia.

This role requires a proven ability to originate and close high-impact programs and to balance strategy with technology

Qualifications

Minimum 12–15 years in management or technology consulting.
6–10 years of leadership experience in Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
Big 4 experience beneficial but not mandatory.
Proven track record of growing Data & AI practices.
Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for Data & AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market.
Own and grow a strong portfolio of client relationships with a focus on revenue growth and pipeline development.
Lead business development activities including account planning, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership and deal closure.
Advise senior client stakeholders on Data & AI operating models, business use cases and transformation roadmaps.
Oversee the delivery of complex multi-workstream Data & AI programs ensuring quality, value realization and client satisfaction.
