Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our Digital & IT Strategy & Investment Department, within the D&IT Governance Risk & Compliance Division. You will help develop robust governance across Aramco’s D&IT and group companies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and enabling strong risk management and compliance.

You will establish governance, deliver executive-level reporting, drive capacity building, and support COBIT-based programs

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
20+ years in D&IT governance with COBIT exposure.
10+ years deploying D&IT governance frameworks and projects.
Certified in listed governance and project-management disciplines.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain governance across Aramco’s group companies and internally within D&IT.
Develop and implement COBIT and IT governance frameworks.
Produce executive reports and presentations on governance, risk, and compliance.
Lead training, knowledge sharing and capacity-building for the D&ITGRCD team.
Represent Aramco at events to promote governance excellence.
Develop governance project charters, roles, strategies, and change management plans.
