Job summary

Saudi Aramco's Digital & Information Technology division seeks a senior DIT affiliates advisor to extend digital support to regional affiliates within Saudi Arabia. You will identify opportunities to create synergies across affiliate DIT initiatives and enhance overall DIT capabilities.

You will lead capability assessments, collaborate with corporate DIT teams and affiliate leadership, and help design shared services and scalable digital solutions while working with external partners to foster

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's in Digital & Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration; PhD preferred.
• 15+ years in Digital/IT and strategic advisory roles.
• Experience with shared services implementation; consultancy background preferred.
• Deep technical expertise in at least one domain: Data & AI, Telecom, Computing, or ERP.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with senior leaders and external partners.

Overview

We are seeking a DIT affiliates advisor to join the Digital & Information Technology (DIT) organization. The DIT Regional hub is responsible for extending digital and IT support to Saudi Aramco’s out of Kingdom affiliates. Your primary role is to identify opportunities to create synergies across affiliate DIT initiatives and enhance overall DIT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted DIT advisor to Saudi Aramco affiliates and support the development and enhancement of DIT capabilities.
• Lead capability assessment to evaluate gaps in current DIT capabilities across affiliates.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Saudi Aramco’s enterprise in DIT and extend them as scalable business solution for affiliates.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including corporate DIT team and affiliate leadership, to align DIT initiatives with business objectives.
• Support and design the implementation of shared services and regional digital solutions, where applicable.
• Collaborate with external partners and technology providers to enable innovation and best practice adoption.
• Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to high-performing teams while driving measurable impact on the company’s digital transformation agenda.
• Play a key role in shaping Saudi Aramco’s digital future supporting growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across affiliates.

Minimum Requirements

• You will hold a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Digital & Information Technology, or Engineering related fields, or Business Administration from a recognized institution. PhD is preferred.
• You will have a minimum 15+ years of experience in Digital/IT domain and strategic advisory role.
• You will also have experience in shared services implementation. Prior experience with consulting firm is preferred.
• You will also have a deep technical expertise in at least one of the following Digital and IT domains: Data & AI (e.g., machine learning, data infrastructure), Telecom (e.g., network design, protocols), Computing (e.g., cloud/edge systems, HPC), and ERP (e.g., enterprise systems, integrations).
• You will have experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• You will be able to demonstrate leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.
• You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, technical experts, and external partners.
• You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous learning.
• You will be willing to travel, as required, to support business objectives and collaborate with external partners.
