Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The role involves creating menus, managing purchasing and inventory, and supervising staff. The position is temporary with possible extension, offering accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Saudis.

Applicants must have at least 5 years as an Executive Chef in a high-end setting and be able to join immediately. Salary is 1800$ per month, with visa sponsorship available for non-Saudi nationals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Strong culinary arts background with knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a high-quality menu that reflects our brand and meets customer expectations.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure efficient food costing and minimizing waste.
• Ordering necessary ingredients and supplies in a timely manner.
• Training kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety standards, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Supervising kitchen staff during service hours to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
• Maintaining high standards for food preparation, presentation, and taste.
• Ensuring compliance with all health codes and regulations.
• Collaborating with other departments to plan events or special menus.
